We were seen today for a recommended tooth extraction. The staff was absolutely perfect. My daughter was terrified (admittedly). once she voiced her fear, the staff made sure they explained everything and made her feel comfortable with every aspect of her procedure. Dr. Karina had stellar bedside manner throughout and made sure she explained things at a pediatric level. I could not have been more impressed with the entire experience. Her pain was well managed during and after the procedure. I would give 50 stars if I could. As someone who spends time with a lot of doctors, nurses and medical staff, our experience today is what every patient interaction should be. Thank you for taking such excellent care of our girls every time! But especially this time!
